Congratulations, you’re getting married! It’s really exciting, and you’ve made one major decision – you want to have a beach wedding in Florida. Now it’s time to start the planning of your big day. You’ve got lots of ideas and a vision of how you want your day to be but also have a lot of questions about where to begin. It’s a bit scary, planning a wedding in another location, but that is why we’re here. Let us worry about the details. We will be with you every step of the way, so that you can relax and have a stress-free wedding day that will be everything you want it to be.
Where to start? Let’s pick a date. Travel to Florida is seasonal, so when it’s winter where you are, it’s peak season for us. The weather here is great during the winter months, and it’s a wonderful escape from the cold. However, that also means that hotel rates will be a bit higher and there will be more people vacationing in the area. Summer months are the off-season, hotel rates are down and the heat is on. There are a few in-between months that can be really great for a beach wedding – May, October, November - all offer near perfect weather and lower hotel rates. There are great sunsets all year round, so the choice is ultimately up to you. We will go over all your options and help you select the date that works best for you and your budget.
Ok, you’ve chosen the date. What’s next? Check back in a couple of weeks!
